3D Printed Replacement Parts in Tampa Bay

Broken plastic clip, bracket, knob, cover, spacer, or mount? I can often recreate and 3D print replacement parts when replacements are unavailable — serving Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.

Common replacement parts

These are the kinds of parts that are frequently easy wins for 3D printing — especially when the original is discontinued or only sold as part of an expensive assembly.

  • Clips, tabs, latches, covers
  • Brackets, mounts, spacers, standoffs
  • Hinges (light-duty), guides, cable organizers
  • Knobs, handles (non-safety-critical)
  • Battery/tool holders, cases, protective caps

What I need from you

To quote quickly, send:

  • Photos of the part (multiple angles)
  • A photo with a ruler/coin for scale
  • Where it goes (photo of the broken area helps a lot)
  • What it does (load, heat, outdoors, etc.)
  • If possible: the broken part itself for measurement

Material selection

I’ll recommend material based on heat, impact, and environment.

  • PETG — tough general use
  • ASA — outdoor / UV resistant
  • Nylon / PA-CF — strength + wear resistance
  • TPU — flexible bumpers/gaskets

Reverse engineering

If you don’t have a model, I can often recreate the part from the original.

  • Measure and model a replacement
  • Fit adjustments after a test print
  • Iterate if needed (v1 → v2)

Quick notes

A few expectations up front:

  • No logo copying or branded decorative replicas
  • Not ideal for safety-critical parts (brakes, steering, etc.)
  • Some parts need a “test fit” print before final
